Refund Policy

We want you to be confident purchasing from TenderHawk AI. This policy sets out our refund terms for each service clearly and honestly.

Monitoring Pack — €490 / month

Recurring monthly subscription

You may cancel your Monitoring Pack subscription at any time. If you cancel before your next billing cycle begins, you will receive a full refund of that cycle's fee.

If you cancel after the billing cycle has started, you will continue to receive the service until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing cycle.

Bid/No-Bid Brief — €750 one-time

Single tender decision brief

  • Full refund if we have not yet started work on your brief (i.e., you request a refund before we begin research).
  • 50% refund if work is in progress (research has started but the brief has not yet been delivered).
  • No refund once the completed brief has been delivered to you.

To request a refund, please use the contact form and reference your order. We will confirm the status of your brief and process the appropriate refund within 5 business days.

Bid Response Sprint — €3,500 one-time

Full bid writing for one tender

  • Full refund if we have not yet started work (i.e., the kick-off call has not taken place).
  • 50% refund if work is in progress (kick-off call has taken place but the first draft has not yet been delivered).
  • No refund once the first draft has been delivered to you.

General Terms

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
  • All refund requests must be submitted via the contact form — not by email.
  • This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
